Will of Mrs. Matilda Muriel Law

This is the last will and testament of me Matilda Muriel Law Wife of Frederick Horace Law of 75 Petrie Street Christchurch in New Zealand, Retired

I revoke all Wills Codicils and other testamentary writings at any time heretofore made by me

I appoint my said Husband Frederick Horace Law to be my Sole Executor of and Trustee under this my Will

I give to my two Sons Edward Cureton Law and Errol Horace Law as Tenants in Common in equal shares if they both survive me or to such one, if only one, of them as shall survive me my property situated at Governors Bay

And as to all the rest and residue of my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate

I give and bequeath the same unto my said Husband

In witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament signed my name this 17th. day of april One thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight
